The patient should arrive with a Medical Visa. Our team assists in obtaining one by sending a letter to the Indian High Commission. We also help the accompanying attendant with visa formalities.
Payment options include credit card, USD cash on arrival, or wire transfer. Bank details are available upon request.
Patients are greeted at the arrival hall with a welcome placard. We schedule appointments and handle transport, including SIM/calling card assistance.
We help book accommodations near the hospital based on preferences and budget, including hotels for post-hospitalization stay.
A Guest Relations Executive (SPOC) will guide you through all non-medical needs like registration, accommodations, Wi-Fi, passport ID verification, and daily email updates.
Currency exchange is conveniently available within hospital premises.
In-house translators are available. Visa processing and local formality travel are not covered by hospital estimates.
